At Brim2Sole, all sales are final. This allows us to keep offering you the best possible prices on our carefully curated pieces.
We personally inspect every item before it ships to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at brim2sole@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item.
All return requests are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny returns if items show signs of wear. If your item is confirmed to be damaged and still in stock, we’ll gladly send a replacement. If it’s no longer available, we’ll issue store credit.
